This house on two levels and with an area of around 200 m2 has a large capacity in summer (up to 14 people) but more limited in winter (8 people):
- On the ground floor, the house consists of a large entrance with wardrobe and storage, a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet.
- Upstairs, bathroom, WC and 5 bedrooms each equipped with 2 beds knowing that 3 of the 5 bedrooms are not heated in winter.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area of Coutainville. Access to the square is direct (650m on foot). Located 500m from the leisure area of the L'Essay pond (pedal boats, children's games, pétanque) and the riding club and 300m from the tennis courts. Close to shops.

Agréable

La maison était propre mais pas dépoussiérée car non habitée récemment. La cheminée fume beaucoup; il faut aérer souvent. Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes; c'est vraiment dommage. La maison aurait besoin d'être rénovée mais pour un court séjour, c'est parfait. Il y a une grosse fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain du rez de chaussée.

observation sur l'entretien de la maison

dommage que cette maison ne soit pas entretenue située à proximité de la mer! la moquette des chambres et couloirs de l'étage est complètement usée sauf les 2 chambres à l'extrémité de l'étage mais très poussiéreuses, les papiers peints sont datés et jaunis. Toute la maison hormis les sanitaires, a besoin d'un grand nettoyage, le four est inutilisable car pas nettoyé depuis longtemps! Le filtre du sèche linge n'avait pas été débarrassé de ses minons.

Week-end en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de Pentecôte avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans cette grande maison. Bien placée puisque près de la mer et de toutes commodités permettant de ne pas utiliser les voitures. Cette maison aurait juste besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement intérieur surtout par rapport aux moquettes qui seraient à changer car certainement difficile à entretenir (pensons à la personne qui s'occupe du nettoyage). Nous espérons bien revenir l'année prochaine

location très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque au confort d'une grande famille Ce serait parfait avec un petit rafraîchissement de certaines pièces et le renouvellement de certains équipements en particuliers les casseroles. Le grand jardin a été un terrain de jeux super pour les enfants. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est également appréciable. Enfin la région est belle et riche, les visites possibles ne manquent pas.Nous avons beaucoup aimé les îles Chausey.
