About this property

Single storey house of 90m², offering all comfort, in a quiet area, 300m² garden just 200m from the beach. The house is located in a dead end near the sea. You can enjoy the calm to spend peaceful nights and rest. A covered terrace allows you to take your meals and cook on the barbecue.
The motto of the house is to be able to rest and sleep in peace, while being not far from the sea:

2km from the village of La Noue and its small shops open all year round.
500m from the first cycle paths which will allow you to travel the whole island with more security. The island has around 100km of cycle paths. This allows you to discover magnificent landscapes and unusual corners out of the flow of cars.
You never tire of the charm of the Ile de Ré.

pas mal sans plus

emplacement avec vis à vis direct calme sauf le week-end avec la piscine du voisin proche de la mer maison bien agencée cuisine vétuste connexion wifi moyenne demande avec insistance du paiement pour le ménage avant l'arrivée et dès l'arrivée d'un montant de 95 €, participation selon le propriétaire entre parenthèse, mais surtout paiement obligatoire pour le ménage c'est pas au choix comme partout, soit on paye soit on le fait nous même, non non tu dois payer,rien que pour ça on re reviendra pas

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Haus und Hof sind schön, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, in der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus und sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand.

Belles vacances sur cette belle ile

Nous avons passé 1 belle semaine. L accueil par Deborah tres bien. Elle est aimable, agreable et rapide :-). La maison est toute proche de la plage. C est tres appreciable. Concernant l equipement de la maison, rien à redire juste : top. Il y a tout. Une famille avec 1 bebe n a rien a prevoir. La literie est tres bonne egalement. Et enfin, une maison où on trouve pleins de vaiselles, de verres, de casseroles etc ! Nous reviendrons, c est certains !

Séjour au calme à proximité de la plage

Une ancienne habitation, constamment remise au gouts du jour, il ne manque rien, les propriétaires sont attentifs à nos besoins. Les tableaux de Jean-Paul donnent le ton à la déco.
