Large renovated cottage in 2010 and offering quality services, the Houéran Chalet is located in the heart of the Vosges Mountains, at the foot of the ski area of La Bresse and facing due south.
Departure on foot for all activities: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, fishing ...
Chair lift 50 m from the slopes.
The Chalet is fully equipped to receive 1 to 12 people with a fully fitted and functional kitchen (+ raclette and fondue, Nespresso machines ..), comfortable rooms (4 double rooms, 2 suites, 2 spaces with bunk beds ), meals by the fire in winter or summer terrace (garden tables, barbecue, outdoor area, swing and slide child ...).

Avis mitigé

Si l emplacement de ce chalet permet un acces rapide a la station, l accessibilité est difficile par manque de desenneigement, contrairement aux autres chalets voisins. Pas d acces possible au jardin pour les enfants. La propreté interieure laisse a desirer (douches, refrigerateur, evier, toilettes). Le salon est tres petit, les espaces sont reduits. Tres juste pour 12 personnes meme si les couchages sont presents et le linge de lit de bonne qualité. Le prix de la location est élevé pour les prestations.

Große Enttäuschung

Leider mussten wir bereits bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass die Bilder in der Anzeige des Hauses mit der Realität nicht überein stimmen. Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt, Fliesen im Bad sind beschädigt, eine der Toiletten ist nicht am Boden befestigt, den Klodeckel mussten wir mit einem Gurt befestigen, so dass er nicht ständig auf den Rücken fällt, die Außenanlage war nicht wirklich gepflegt. Das Schlimmste und Untragbarste war jedoch der Schimmel in der unteren Etage. Sowohl die Decke in einem der Badezimmer als auch in einem der Schlafzimmer wies große Schimmelflecken auf. Verwundert hat uns das vor Ort dann nicht mehr, denn die Lüftungen in den innen liegenden Bädern war defekt und auch sonst ist das Haus sehr feucht. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut, bei der Übergabe jedoch schwierig, da der Hausverwalter kein Englisch sprach, obwohl als Kontaktsprache auch Englisch angegeben wurde. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, mieten wir doch oft unsere Ferienhäuser über Fewo, einen so großen Reinfall haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir können das Haus auf keinen Fall empfehlen!

Joli chalet au calme. Il est bien situé et de nombreuses balades peuvent être réaliser à proximité du chalet. Le propriétaire est à l ecoute et disponible. Seul bémol, le ménage.

Propreté et Accessibilité Très grand chalet agréable mais revoir quelques petit détaille comme : Rideau de douche très salle (à changer) Porte de cuisine casser (à réparer) Deux barbecues HORS SERVICE Rafraichir avec une débroussailleuse les descentes d’escalier pour accéder au chalet. La descente pour accéder avec sa voiture au parking en bas du chalet (Impossible, il faut un 4x4)
