This spacious house features a cool white color palette with high ceilings and wooden floors. It has an outdoor deck for al fresco dining with family and friends. Directly behind Louis Armstrong park, blocks to French Quarter and local live jazz – just a few minutes walking and you are right in the action!

Our home is steps from Esplanade Avenue and the French Quarter in historic Treme. This area is booming with people riding bikes, walking around the neighborhood. You will even see horse drawn carriages rolling though the street fairly often!

Our home has a great, open floor plan with 3 queen beds in their respective rooms and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The home has LOTS of windows and a large space to entertain your guests or relax after a long day or night out in Nola!

Great but not awesome

It should be noted that it is about 2 blocks for route 10 where the homeless have a large camp. I flagged down a police officer driving by the house and asked about safety. He said it is a relatively safe area, fine to walk in the day, but plan to Uber or drive at night. That’s what we did and all was good. The family room seating is enough for 5 unless you use the wooden kitchen chairs (not the best for movie watching or a house that sleeps 8). The subfloor in the second bathroom is failing and squishy. If a larger person stepped in that spot they could fall through. My children said their beds were comfortable. The master is a six inch foam. Not awful but not awesome. The house looks like the pictures. It is very aesthetically pleasing. With a few ungraded this house could be truly awesome.

Great place in an amazing location!

This house and the Redamo Team were a dream! We got in a little earlier than check in, but the Redamo Team hooked us up and allowed us early access - shout-out for flexibility. Once inside, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. There were plenty of towels and other necessities (cups, glasses, dishes,etc.) for our use and we did not want for a thing! Highly recommend this home-we had six adults and one teenager and the place did not feel cramped and we all had the space we needed. The location was also perfect! The home is walking distance (approx. 20 min) from all the action - the river walk, French market, Bourbon Street, and a short drive (approx. 20 min) out of New Orleans for swamp tours and other nature excursions. Will stay again when in NOLA! Thanks Redamo!!!

Amazing home

The house was absolutely beautiful. The pics do it no justice. It was close enough to the French quarters. Great cafes around the area. I would definitely stay here again.
