Maison dans belle propriete avec superbe piscine mais pas propre et 3ème chambre pas exploitable

Maison dans une très belle propriété dans laquelle vie le propriétaire, jardin très bien aménagé, bien pensé et tres grand avec une superbe piscine chauffée. La maison est très bien équipée mais la propreté est à revoir( reste alimentaire sur les ustensiles de cuisine, dechet alimentaire dans les placards, plan de travail et meuble graisseux, refrgérateur sal et mal odorant, gants de toilette utilisés, cheveux dans le bac de douche, poils de chien partout même dans le tambour de la machine a laver le linge, mouchoir usagé dans la boite et barbecue baignant dans sa graissse et donc inutilisable) malgré la nouvelle intervention du propriétaire, nous avons été contraint de nettoyer pour pouvoir nous installer. De plus par forte chaleur, la 3ème chambre située sous les toits, n'est pas utilisable et très incoufortable du fait de la VMS (pensez au boule kies)

BELLE PROPRIÉTÉ MAIS PROPRIÉTAIRES INTRUSIFS

Cela reste dommage, car la propriété reste très belle avec piscine juste formidable, et jardin très bien entretenu. Pour une location complète du pigeonnier avec piscine, 59 photos sur le site ne montrent aucunement la maison des propriétaires au beau milieu du terrain (Leur véranda donne directement sur la piscine, donc aucune intimité), ni indication sur l'annonce que les propriétaires et leur chien habitent sur place. Cela pourrait ne pas déranger certains locataires si l'intrusion systématique (2 ou 3 fois par jour) des propriétaires n'était pas à déplorer (pourtant semblent très avenants). L'annonce a été changée depuis notre départ. Les animaux ne sont plus acceptés sauf pour leur propre chien (très gentil) qui reste continuellement avec le locataire (Activités à 8H du matin devant les locations et réveillant bien entendu notre chien et le reste de la maison), le ménage n'est plus compris, une caution est désormais demandée, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de notre réservation. Très déçu du manque de transparence lors de notre départ ou rien n'a été signalé, avec politesses habituelles (des légumes gentiment donnés lors du séjour, une paella que nous avions cuisiné et partagé avec eux) puis 2 jours après départ, une critique sur le site d'Abritel réclamant 500 euros comme quoi nous aurions laissé dans un état pitoyable le bien. Cela fait 24 réservations Abritel qui se sont toujours bien déroulées. Avec objectivité, pour des vacances indépendantes, passez votre chemin.

Vacances de rêve

Accueil très chaleureux et petits soins de la part des propriétaires. Un bel espace intérieur et extérieur avec pleins d’agréments (terrasse ombragée, grande piscine couverte, ping-pong, vélos, bel emplacement pour observer les étoiles). Et un restaurant délicieux à l’entrée du chemin ! Parfait !

Endroit idyllique , reposant et ressourçant. Hôtes extraordinaires, disponibles et très discrets . Pigeonnier retapé avec beaucoup de goût par Jocelyne et Thierry. Location très complète du jamais vu. Extérieurs magnifiques . Trampoline, pétanque,vélos, foot, basket,ping -pong et surtout une immense piscine couverte et chauffée privatisée jour et nuit. De quoi ravir petits et grands. Location à découvrir absolument. Grand merci à Jocelyne et Thierry.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine chez Jocelyne et Thierry. Tout est étudié pour se sentir bien. La maison est bien équipée, très confortable et accueillante: une mention spéciale pour les légumes du jardin livrés par nos hôtes! Le parc et ses arbres sont magnifiques et on a vraiment apprécié la piscine en cette période de forte canicule !!
