About this property

200 m from the beach and next to Avenue du Zoute. Charming and bright penthouse (6th and 7th floor) recently renovated and decorated by interior designers. Perfect for 6 people (+ 2 children - 15 euros extra/night). Living, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and bunk bed - 2 bathrooms (one shower room and one with both a shower and a bath), a large terrace with garden furniture, garage, elevator. Fully renovated in 2013.

Terrace with view on a park. Private garage for a car and bikes, also with a washing machine and dryer at disposal. Wifi, TV. Sheets and towels are provided if requested (100 euros).

The building, very well located, stands in a very quiet street (entrance of the Delhaize parking in the other part of the street), next to Avenue Dumortier, with many shops. Public carpark around the corner.

Très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux. Bien agencé. Calme Pour un appartement 3 chambres, TV minuscule dans une armoire, la table sur la terrasse est très petite, il faut sortir les chaises de la salle à manger. Escalier pour l'étage très raide. Lors de notre deuxième séjour, nous avons eu l'appartement à 19h30 (pas prêt à notre arrivée) ce qui est très tard et nous avions des serviettes qui se trouvaient encore dans le sèche linge pour 3 personnes et nous étions 5. Décevant pour un appartement de ce standing à Knokke
