My husband David and I are British (English and Scottish) , however, we have recently moved to Switzerland where my husband works for Roche Pharmaceuticals and prior to that Barclays Bank. We enjoy visiting different countries in Europe both on business and on holidays. As we have moved to Switzerland we are currently learning German. I speak some Spanish and French also. We enjoy travelling, beautiful scenery, and outdoor activities.

Why Celia chose Elviria
We chose this property because of the outstanding views and location. We fell in love with the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea sparkling in the sunlight and the views of Gibraltar and Africa. We also found Elviria to be the best location on the Costa del Sol, it has everything we need but is quiet, and has the best beaches with the most sunshine (due to the angle of the coast, the beaches catch the sun well into the evening). When we arrive in Elviria we immediately relax. There is also a great choice of golf to suit all levels, and we took up golf in 2012 and enjoy a round or two when we visit. We also enjoy tennis at the local golf club, and use the excellent local Crossfit Gym. You can walk to the restaurants and shops, a very pleasant downhill walk of about 15mins. It is uphill on the way back but local taxis are plentiful and cheap. To make the most of your holiday and surrounding area we recommend car hire. Malaga airport has one of the most competitively priced car rental markets in the world so car hire is well priced.

Excellent apartment in beautiful area
The apartment was excellent with loads of space for 4 adults. The standard of fittings is very high and we had a fabulous time. The apartment is a pleasant walk down to the shops etc but always best to get a taxi back. Beautiful views from the large veranda. Very well maintained grounds and swimming pools

Fantastic apartment, great stay.
We had a fantastic 2 week stay at Celia and David’s apartment. Communication was first class throughout made even more easier with Claire being on the other end of the phone should be need her.
I cannot fault the property at all, so much so that the only thing I can think of to improve it would be a spatula missing from the utensils, a spatula? That is all I could come up with.
We walked down most evening which is a good 39-25 mins but very easy on the legs and a taxi back from the commercial centre was only €7.
The location is very good for exploring the Costa del sol.
The pools are very good, the one nearest the apartment is the best one, Very quiet and no issue with sun beds even in August.
There is underground parking which at first was a bit nervy due to being quite tight but the neighbouring space is occupied by a very considerate person who leaves enough room.

Great family apartment.
Great apartment with everything you need and more. Would happily return. Definitely benefit from having a car though as steep hill to shops each night otherwise! We also used the car for day trips to Rock of Gibraltar, Ronda and Alhambra.

We recommend a car to our guests to make the most of the surrounding areas and thrilled to know you visited so many beautiful places. Car hire in this area of Spain is also very competitively priced. The hill has the benefit of the apartment having stunning views, and while it is within walking distance of the shops/restaurants 20 mins, by car, it is only 4 mins. Alternatively, you can take an enjoyable walk down and then take a taxi back uphill with your shopping. Taxis are both plentiful, available at the shops' taxi rank and cheap. We also provide a shopping trolley in the apartment for guests to use for their shopping needs.
Holiday Apartment Elviria
Fantastic apartment which is exactly as described by Celia and David. Very clean, stunning views and a quiet peaceful location. Apartment has everything for a perfect holiday stay , and Clare was excellent and made us feel welcome. Two swimming pools nearby well cared for. The whole process of booking the apartment, and arranging to collect the keys could not have been better, and all instructions were first class. Should you decide to book this apartment you will not be disappointed. Thank you Celia for a wonderful apartment/holiday. We will certainly be looking to return.

This was our 3rd time we have stayed in Elvira and on this complex, and I must say it was by far the best apartment we have stayed in.

Elviria is one of the most desirable areas of Marbella. A highly sought after yet unspoilt area with all amenities. It lies adjacent to the best beaches of the Costa Del Sol under a backdrop of mountains covered in UNESCO protected cork forest. Elviria has an enviable micro climate, the mountain protecting from winter cold, and sea breezes cooling summer heat.
The apartment has stunning panoramic views of golf, sea, mountains, Gibralta Rock and the African coast line. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a few minutes away, and an excellent road network allows easy connections to drive to La Ronda, Seville, Granada, and Cordoba for day trips. Besides first rate beaches, Elviria offers Santa Maria Golf, a stunning 18 hole course, one of the very best on the Costa Del Sol. Within a few minutes drive there is a further choice of over a dozen other top golf courses. Tennis and bowling green are available at Santa Maria Golf. An exciting climbing theme park, for children and adults to rope climb between the trees is located in central Elviria. For those looking for the glamorous scene, Elviria is the location of the world famous Nikki Beach. Teenagers wanting to shop will enjoy La Canada Shopping Mall a short 10minute drive offering Zara, Mango, and many others. Central Elviria has a wide range of amenities. A choice of supermarkets and many bars, and restaurants. A short drive into the hills above you will find Flamenco dancing, and forest walks.
