About this property

Between sea and hinterland, in a typical village close to Béziers, notary house of 300 m2, completely renovated (we have just converted the terrace in the garden and install the heating of the pool), 10 rooms, composed of two separate volumes: the main house with 4 bedrooms (bed 140, bed 160, 2 beds 90 and 2 beds 120 and 90), two bathrooms and 3 toilets, office with convertible sofa bed, living room, dining room, kitchen fully equipped overlooking patio, laundry; an independent apartment - on the top floor - three rooms with 2 bedrooms (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), bathroom, toilet and kitchen with table for four.

Spacious and comfortable

The house has everything you need. It is located in a charming village with nice people, quiet and yet full of life. We stayed for ten days with two families and enjoyed the welcoming house, the pool and long meals in the evenings and mornings. There was room for play as well as rest and we also made excursions in the area.

Excellent séjour à Quarante

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (3 générations) dans cette très belle maison au calme dans le petit village de Quarante. Idéalement située non loin de Saint Chinian, de petites excursions se font facilement à la journée (mer, rivière, Béziers ou Pezenas). La maison dispose d’une table de ping-pong et autres jeux d’extérieur, ainsi que d’une magnifique piscine. Échanges très faciles avec le propriétaire des lieux ainsi qu’avec les voisins qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous renvoyer de doudou de notre fils oublié sur place.

Magnifique vacances en famille

Séjour dans une belle région dans une maison familiale qui possède tout pour passer un agréable séjour..des grands espaces et une piscine parfaite pour les belles journées ensoleillées...je recommande++

Impressions mixtes

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines à Quarante . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, et la terrasse à l’arrière . Par contre en raison du prix payé assez élevé nous avons eu plusieurs déceptions, Notamment : une seule chambre avait la climatisation et celle-ci était brisée et non fonctionnelle , ailleurs il y avait des petits ventilateurs sur pied. C’était un critère majeur pour une location fin juillet…le propriétaire n’a fait aucun effort pour y remédier . Les toilettes étaient brisées à notre arrivée ( réparées le 4 ieme jour) Des relents et mauvaises odeurs d’égout ont été présentes presque tous les jours au RC et au dernier étage. L’accès à l’avant était difficile, la porte d’entrée principale ne s’ouvrait que de peu et la porte de garage était peu fonctionnelle avec son seuil élevé . Le sèche linge ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun verre a vin dans une cuisine pourtant bien équipée, et cela au pays du bon vin . En résumé , nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher , pour une maison somme toute, qui serait bien acceptable a meilleur prix.

Jolie maison très vaste et propriétaires charmants

Maison très originale avec de nombreux espaces de vie et de couchage. Piscine très jolie et assez grande, très bien entretenue. Draps et serviettes en nombre. Accueil impeccable. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute.
