Condo B4 is a beautifully renovated 2B/2Ba unit with the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens and furniture, all with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. Beach towels & beach chairs provided for your use. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the sofa sleeper to accommodate up to two additional guests. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom. The calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep.

SMART TVs are in each sleeping areas as well as the livingroom for streaming your favorite shows. High-end, whisper quiet 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep you cool/comfortable throughout whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.

The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably, & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!

Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. Bring your favorite coffee with you to make your morning joe in the drip coffeemaker. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, new sponge and a roll of paper towels.

Each BATHROOM has been remodeled with convenient walk-in showers. Both have a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite products & essentials from home.

KEYLESS ENTRY means no registration desk, keys, or key cards! Prior to your arrival we'll provide you with a door code, giving you access any time after the 3:00 pm check in time. Perfect for those with late flights!

For your convenience we have a coin-op LAUNDROMAT located on each floor. You’ll find bookshelves loaded with easy beach reads & the upstairs room has some family games for your enjoyment. Rolls of quarters are sold in the office 7 days from 9 am – 3 pm. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets from home so you don't have to purchase more than you need.

FREE WIFI: excellent high speed wifi throughout the property, not just your condo. Use the same password as you enter each area.

We love starting the day with a cup of coffee (provided by 6:30 am daily) on the patio while watching the SUNRISE. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises and magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!

Our patio is popular in the evenings for congregating after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensures they'll be truly breathtaking.
