About Connie Barnhart
Hi, I am the property manager. My company is PCBoutique Properties. I have lived and worked in Park City for over 15 years. Park City has been such a great place to live, work and raise our family.
Why Connie Barnhart chose Deer Valley Resort
Fawngrove condos sit in the heart of Park City/Deer Valley. Close to everything - resort, town, trails, shuttle bus, etc. We're about 40 minutes from SLC airport. Great location, and a comfy, clean, well-kept home. It's perfect!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was great, a 2 minute drive up to Deer Valley or a 5 minute drive to Main Street for dinner. There is also a shuttle stop directly in front of the condos. Condo was as pictured and communication with the property manager was great. The only downside was that we could hear the people upstairs walking around- sometimes at 5am. Overall, I would recommend this unit and would stay again!
Great property, great location
We stayed in this condo in early February 2020 and enjoyed it very much. The condo was in great condition and very comfortable. The location was excellent for skiing, right on the free bus route with a short 5-minute ride to Snow Park Lodge. Very easy getting our young kids and us to the slopes and ski school in the mornings, and then back after a great day skiing. Connie provided great instructions for our arrival and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We highly recommend this property for future stays.
Stayed here over the New Years with five people and it workedd great. Close to the bus stop and mountains and right next to the Deer Valley Cafe. No problems what so ever. We did have the people above wear ski boots in the house but that is more structural than anything. Not a bother.
Great location for a staycation
We went to Deer Valley for a staycation over July 4th weekend to get away from the heat in Salt Lake City. This was a perfect setting - about 10 degrees cooler and the condo is in a beautiful setting where we could just walk out the back door and enjoy the paths around the lake. We also loved the market/cafe next door and ate there every day! My husband is a fanatic of their salmon lox plate.
As a previous reviewer mentioned, this condo has the weirdest light switches I've ever seen and they don't make any sense. It would be nice to see the condo updated with modernized light switches that are more logical (and also maybe get rid of the CD players). Otherwise the place is great!
This property was in a great location to both Deer Valley and Park City. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Comfy and perfect location
Clean, well outfitted, attractive, pretty views, nice fire, good instructions. The electric switches are a complete mystery - kind of funny to figure out. There's a good sound bar but I couldn't figure how how to use it with my player.
