Our farmhouse in the French Tuscany, is isolated on top of a hill facing south with an exceptional 360 degree view of the nature of Corbières.
Recently refurbished, it is functional, with spacious and fully equipped: air conditioning, wi-fi and free internet, underfloor heating, contemporary furnishings.
The pool is 12m x 4m.
The garden of more than 3 hectares has a large south facing terrace and a shaded terrace.
The city of Carcassonne and Canal du Midi are close both classified World Heritage by Unesco.
Aude is a region known both for its beaches and mountains. It is not far from Spain and situated between Toulouse and Montpellier.
It has to visit many Cathar castles and abbeys.
Carcassonne and its surrounding region have more than five star restaurants and it is possible to visit many
cellars and taste their wine.

Nature et tranquillité ... confort et modernité ...
Quel plaisir d'avoir passé ces trois semaines dans cette magnifique propriété nichée dans les collines à 20 minutes de Carcassonne ! Rien ne manque, la décoration est de très bon goût, l'intérieur reste toujours frais grâce aux épais murs (la climatisation est bien là mais nous ne l'avons que très peu utilisée), la distribution des pièces est bien pensée et l'espace de vie est ouvert sur l'extérieur. Les équipements ménagers, les literies et les espaces sanitaires sont modernes et en parfait état ... Zéro défaut ! Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à la piscine elle aussi très agréable aussi bien en température que d'un point de vue environnement. Trois hectares de terrain boisé clôturé ! On ne se sent pas à l'étroit, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire ! Les propriétaires sont charmant et accueillants, discrets et à votre écoute, encore merci à eux deux. Voila... un 10/10 pour nous !!! Isabelle & Marc

Maison magnifique, dans un cadre exceptionnel, dans une belle region
Maison luxueuse, et décorée avec beaucoup de gout, très agréable à vivre : elle est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée (tant en matériel, qu'en produits de première nécessité) Elle est située dans un cadre exceptionnel (très bien amenagé autour de la maison et de la piscine - plutôt sauvage dans le reste de la propriété), sans aucun vis à vis, ni bruit sur un terrain magnifique de plusieurs hectares. Nous espérons revenir au printemps ou en été pour pouvoir profiter de la belle piscine. Anne et Arnaud nous ont très bien accueillis: nous avions apprécié de recevoir un book très détaillé avant notre arrivée, qui nousa guidé pour la découverte de la région qui vaut le détour et surtout ...les bons restos ! ------ Luxurious house, very tastefully decorated, and super pleasant to live in : it's spacious, and very well equipped. The house is located in an exceptional landscape: the surroundings of the house (the property is a few acres big, but it doesn't really matter) and pool are very wild, and you can't see any neighbors or hear any non natural noise. We hope to come back in Spring to take advantage of the swimming pool! Anne and Arnaud were super welcoming and accomodating: they gave us a super useful booklet when we arrived, and helped us plan all our visits and ... restaurant visits :)
