It's in the perfect location: 5 minute walk to Lake Merritt, all the shops on Grand Ave. and Lakeshore Ave. (Trader Joe's, Safeway, CVS, great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops). Located in a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of street parking, 20 minutes to downtown SF (Bus, Car, "Casual Carpool"). Also laundry is available onsite for $5.

Clean, affordable, hospitable

Laysin is on site almost every day and will go. Out of his way to accomadate your needs. His. Rooms are always clean and fully as described. Thanks and I will be staying again.

Great location!

The location is amazing! Property manager was extremely polite and helpful! Toliet was a bit wonky at times but definitely no where close to a deal breaker
