About Paul Myers
Hello, I'm Paul. I grew up in Virginia Beach, but fell in love with the coastal charm of Carolina Beach as a boy and now my wife and I come back to visit every chance we get. We love to either walk on the beach or spend the day out on the water when we are in town. In the evenings we usually visit the boardwalk to have a Donut at Britt's. Now that we have a place to stay in Carolina Beach our favorite thing to do is to sit on the back porch and watch the sunset. We hope that you enjoy this town home and Carolina Beach as much as we do.
Paul Myers purchased this Townhome in 2017
Why Paul Myers chose Carolina Beach
This property is on a piece of Carolina Beach where the sound and the ocean are the closest. It brings the best of boating and beach going together. We have two large it's true. The deck on the main floor can seat 6 easily with 4 at a table and 2 on a porch swing. The deck on the 3rd floor is semi-private off of the master bedroom.
What makes this Townhome unique
This is one of a few properties in New Hanover County that have a boat slip, close beach access and a pool.

Lovely home with very accommodating owners
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach home, but were sad to have our brief getaway cut short by Hurricane Florence. The weather prior to Florence's arrival was beautiful!
Maybe the nicest place we’ve stayed at the beach. The house was very clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable and the configuration of beds was perfect for our needs. We loved the porches and the view of the sound. Good value for our dollars!
Clean, comfortable and convenient!
Thank you for everything!
Amazing views and perfectly decorated.
Canal side, so amazing sunsets, yet only a block to beach access on other side of island. VERY newly renovated with perfectly appointed "beachy-ness" feel. Paul was very responsive and made the whole thing seamless. We will definitely stay here again.
Sand + Surf + Sunsets = Smiles
Perfect vacation. Period. It’s always bittersweet to leave a 5 star review for fear making a future reservation will now be more difficult! But gotta give credit where credit is due. ❤️
We were a party of six adults and couldn’t have been happier from start to finish. Paul is extremely communicative. At one point, we hit him up with a bunch of last minute questions and he was incredibly patient with us, answering each one and giving great suggestions.
The wow factor when you walk into this home is off the charts. You are greeted by the most beautiful waterfront setting! The same view is on the second balcony off the master. Such a treat to wake up and fall asleep to. Entertaining to people/bird/boat watch!
The place is modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen (toaster, microwave, coffee pot, ice maker, filtered drinking water etc...).
We really appreciated they had a recycling bin near the garage (and encourage others to take advantage of this, especially since it’s right outside your door!). There was a nice little spot under the stairs outside we could safely store our bikes, chairs, boogie boards etc....
The beach is one short block away (few minutes by foot). It was nice and private being parking is very limited to the public in that area, which is another great bonus. The pool was a great amenity as well, and nice to jump into after a full day in the ocean.
Lots to do in the area without the feeling of that cheesy tourist vibe. Had an exceptional dinner at Havana’s. Rented a Jeep Wrangler for 24hrs at SunFun Rentals and drove on Ft. Fisher beach (highly recommend). Took a yoga class at Salty Dog Yoga and Surf. Lastly, the Veggie Wagon became our staple for delicious food on the go, coffee, beer/wine, and some of the best homemade crab dip we’ve ever had.
Stop your search and book now. It’s a win-win for everybody.
Wonderful Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Town Home. Beautiful views and the town home was beautifully decorated. It is very close to the beach and the area is quiet and peaceful. We would be glad to stay here again! The owner was more than kind to deal with.
