About this property

Duplex 65m2 located in the heart of the village Arc 1600 (building entrance in the main square) with private garden and terrace on the snow piste (direct access with skis) + inside parking for a car.

Ground Floor:
- entrance : restroom with sink
- Double living room/ dining room/ open kitchen (32m2): working fireplace, mini bar, new household electrical goods bought in 2012 (fridge, dishwasher, flat screen TV, DVD player, Coffee maker...).
Fully equipped kitchen (food processor, blender, microwave, Raclette machine...). Quality soond system with 2 speakers ready to connect to an ipod / computer. Dining Table for 8 people with 2 benches and a chair.
- 2 cabin beds in the stairway for extra people sleeping.
- Garden: 1 outside table in wood for 8 people with benches, chairs and deckchairs.

Floor:
- 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed, outside terrace oriented south/west with view on the piste, big miror and cupboard.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, outside terrace oriented south/west with view on the pist, cuoboard, TV screen without antenna (only to watch dvd). A stairway in the bedroom leads to a mezzanine room (10m2) with 2 simple beds and a sink. (warning: the mezzanine ceiling is very low, an adult doesn't fit standing. We recommand this room for children).
- Main bathroom with toilet, bathtube, sink and washing/drying machin (bought in 2012).

Equipment for babies available in the apartment: 1 baby's bed (60X120) with mattress, cushion for change, 1 baby chair to fix on the dining table, 1 tbooster seat for toilet.

2 matresses 80X190 could evnetually be used as extra beds.

Direct sur la piste de ski

Mon plus beau séjour au ski avec ce départ et le retour en ski directement sur la terrasse. Appartement très bien équipé, avec deux Douches et deux toilettes. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, y'a même des Tupperwares pour conserver les restes. Vous êtes comme chez l'habitant. Très bien orienté avec le soleil sur la terrasse dès la fin de matinée. L'ensemble est parfait pour 5 à 6 personnes.

Excellent séjour aux Arcs

Chalet sur deux niveaux, refait à neuf. Grand salon doté d’une cheminée. 10 couchages. Excellent emplacement aux pieds des pistes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci.

Appartement dans les arbres sur la piste

Arc 1600 est une jolie station familiale piétonne . Appartement avec une pièce à vivre très agréable avec accès au jardin et vue sur les pistes (départ et retour skis au pied ) , cuisine ouverte bien équipée. 10 couchages possibles , au deuxième étage une seule vraie chambre , la deuxième chambre a 2 couchages + 4 dans la mezzanine. Appartement conforme à la description faite dans l’annonce. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

What makes this property unique

The big advantage of the apartment is the garden access on the piste. To be able to watch the children play outside while cooking is very pleasant. And above all, this access allows you to leave and return the apartment directly on your skis.
Paradiski is one of the greatest skiing area of Europe.
