Remodeled 3 bed/ 2 bath home in quiet neighborhood. Centrally located off of Palo Verde South. Home is perfect for family and friends. Lots of open space to move about. Shuffleboard table and televisions equipped with Amazon Firesticks available for your use. Just bring your streaming subscription. 5 minutes to launch ramp, the famous London Bridge, as well as to restaurants and bars. Nice size backyard w/ covered patio, BBQ grill, flat top grill, for guest use. Side of home features a 75' driveway. Ample parking for boats and all your other vehicles. Washer/ Dryer available for use. Cleaning services will be provided at the end of your stay. NO PETS unless otherwise permitted by owner. Violation of the no pet policy will result in $500 additional charge.

Monthly rates (October- April): $3000 per month. 1 month minimum. Contact owner with any additional questions or special date requests.

Your home away from hone!

We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and will keep coming back. This property is clean, roomy and is fully equipped with all the necessities. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The location is centrally located near McCulloch, grocery stores and the lake. Stay here, tell your friends!

Wonderful Lake Havasu getaway. Clean with all of the needed amenities. Super comfortable bed in the master and great couch in the living room for relaxing after a day at the lake. I would definitely stay again!
