Enjoy great snorkeling directly in front of this resort! Please note the sand levels can vary depending on the conditions.

This newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo features a new fully stocked kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, new ceiling, new furniture and new appliances. With a king size bed and two twin punee couches (day bed), this condo comfortably sleeps 4. Open the double sliding glass doors and enjoy the tropical ocean breezes or use the central air conditioning system to cool off after a day in the sun. Relax and enjoy the large flat screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi and cable TV. All guests receive all natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner soap and body lotion. Additionally, enjoy complimentary concierge service as well. This condo comes supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and more!

Maui Kai is an ocean front resort located at North Kaanapali Beach. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The resort features a heated pool and Jacuzzi, gas BBQ area, poolside cabana with kitchen and laundry facilities on site. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Maui Paradise

Loved this unit. Beautiful view, nice swimming beach, everything within walking distance. There are several Food Trucks nearby with lots of options and outside eating. The kitchen is nicely furnished so we prepared most meals. There are 9 floors in the building but we hardly saw anyone. Very quite. No loud partiers! Very relaxing spot for vacation.

Perfect Stays was the host and was terrible! Zero communication from them during the troubling times. I understand they had no control of the loss of power and the fires, and all that was impacted but there was no communication during or after. Other visitors who booked with different hosts had lots of communication and refunds. I couldn’t get flashlights or any communication back from our host, zero from them! Very frustrating!

Awesome!

This is our third time at this place and it gets better every. single. time! We love it here! And you will never find a place closer to the ocean. The owners supply everything you need from snorkeling equipment to beach chairs to a nice cooler. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Lots of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite thing to do is walk the boardwalk. Eight miles round trip. Thank you for a wonderful time in paradise!

In the water

With large floor to ceiling windows, we felt like we were in the ocean—how wonderful! The condo was clean and had lots of kitchen supplies needed to prepare meals. The only downside was the decor. It was very outdated. Overall, the positives outweighed the one negative, and we would book this unit again.
