Cozy & Clean!
We had a lovely time staying here over the holiday week. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5 plus dog. The home is clearly loved & cared for we will be back!
Loved the many windows and well stocked kitchen. Very relaxing and great walking areas. <br />
Weather was wonderful even though rain was predicted 4 out of 5 days. Struggled a bit with Wi-Fi and running out of hot water.
Lovely space in a private area of Neskowin.
Well equipped home with light open spaces. Close walk to beach.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The real gem of this cottage is the convenient access to the best part of the beach.
nice first time vacyca beach house. It was perfect for us for the most part
The property was charming. It was just the right size for our family of four. The boys spent most of their time there in their room playing video games or just staying up late, (as most teen boys do!) I liked the 'hominess' of it, although, I was pretty disappointed when I pulled out all the family games I was planning on having us play only to find out that they were all (3 of them) missing main pieces so we had no games to play. That REALLY bummed me out because I was looking forward to that family indoor fun time, and my other issue was the only TV being upstairs made it rather isolating if u wanted to watch TV and everyone else is downstairs. Also the fact that the pullout bed is in that same living space with the TV, so when my daughter came up for the last 2 days, she had to sleep on the couch downstairs because of the TV issue (I'm an early riser and my husband stays up late with the TV). I did enjoy the fact we were the only house with no neighbor right across from us....it was a little plot of tall wild grass and flowers, and our neighbors who lived there were a mama deer and her 2 young ones, who weren't sketish at all! We got to see her newmerous times, I loved it! And so many birds to hear singing away! 2 Blue Jays landed on the balconey one morning to greet me, such a nice surprise! So pretty! I also saw (and heard) white doves, many crows, a white owl, a hawk circling the beach area, and some really cute tiny birds, not sure of their breed. The house was fully stocked, by the end of our trip we were STILL finding things we could have used along the way! They even had dog toys! I found keys for different uses, but the one main key I was looking for we never found, and that was the key to the shed. I read in the customer log out book that a few families were thankful for being able to use all of the beach 'toys' provided in the shed. I really wanted my boys to have a chance to use them, but, the key could not be located. Over all we had a nice trip. It was nice to have a place that was able to include our dog. She LOVED the beach! The view was spectacular! Something I had never seen before! And come to find out that that part of the beach is called Ghost Mountain, due to all those 2000yr old tree stumps still on the beach to this day. It was amazingly beautiful, as was Proposal Rock!
We had a great time a great time at the Leeway Cottage! It was very clean and comfortable. Also loved the beach access. I'll definitely be staying again!
