We will be happy to welcome you in this beautiful villa ideally located close to the Cousteau Reserve (beach, glass bottom boat ,,,).
Come feel the Alizées while contemplating one of the most popular places in Guadeloupe (splendid 360 ° in front of Pigeon islet and the island of Montserrat in the background the mountain). Descend take a swim, admire the seabed and navigate glass bottom (Beach of Malendure, glass bottom boat, Diving).
You will enjoy a nice pool for quieter after twelve o'clock and enjoying a beautiful sunset.

Bouillante House with a great view

Great location on the hill overlooking the bay with stunning sunsets. Property was very clean, nice pool, charcoal barbeque and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. House was very clean and well kept, perfect for families. Receptionist May was very kind, friendly and helpful with all queries and gave great recommendations on what to do and where to eat go swimming etc.

Atemberaubender Ausblick mit tollem Pool

Tolles Haus für eine Familie. Haus liegt auf einem Berg, steile Anfahrt mit dem Auto. Schöne Rasenfläche für Kinder zum Spielen.

Wonderful!

This small villa fully merits the 5 stars awarded by other reviewers. It is well laid out and well equipped, very comfortable and in an excellent location. We were met by the charming Clodius who greeted us warmly and showed us around. The villa is well represented in the photographs but note that they show scenes from both units. The west unit I was in has a toilet plus half-bath (shower) downstairs and a toilet with basin upstairs. Also note that a car is DEFINITELY required - not only is the best local shopping (Carrefour Market with neighboring bakery and pharmacy) 1.6 miles away, the house is approached by a very steep and long hill road. My rental VW always had to drop to first gear for the final few hundred feet but the effort was worth it for the fabulous views over Pigeon Island and of the sunsets in the west. I definitely hope we can return to this fantastic property! Thanks Clodius and family!
