Fabulous, well equipped house on a beautiful river - so sad to leave!!!

I booked this holiday for my family not having visited this part of France before and was not disappointed. Jean michel’s Beautiful house is perfectly located on the banks of the river Sioule with a large well maintained garden and easy access for swimming and fishing. The house itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need within. Outside there is a fabulous gas BBQ, canoes, excellent mountain bikes and plenty of wood for a camp fire. We watched the bats and stargazed, enjoyed the kingfishers and fishing for trout. The volcanic lake nearby is beautiful for swimming and picnics. There are also some great places to eat nearby. Jean michel was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend his property to anyone who was looking to holiday in this area with no hesitation. We will definitely return!!!!

Semaine au top!

Superbe semaine dans cette maison, le jardin est immense et tout est très bien entretenu! Pleins de ballades/randos sympas à faire autour! Dans la maison tout est bien pensé et le jardin avec la rivière au bout très bien entretenu! On sent que le propriétaire pense à notre confort et notre bien être!

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le gite est idéalement situé au calme, et proche de nombreux points d'intérêt (Vulcania, le Puy de Dôme, le méandre de Queuille, le gour de Tazenat,...). Le logement est très bien agencé et propre. La literie est confortable et d'avoir un lavabo dans chaque chambre est appréciable. L'équipement bébé à disposition (matelas à langer, baignoire, lit parapluie et chaise haute) était bienvenu. Le grand jardin bien entretenu, invite au repos et aux loisirs de plein air (divers jeux sont d'ailleurs rangés dans l'abri). Nous avons profité de la Sioule au fond du jardin pour nous rafraîchir et utiliser les 2 kayaks. La pièce en bas nous a permis de ranger nos vélos en toute sécurité. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui répondait rapidement à nos questions (logistique oblige quand on se déplace avec un très "petit d'homme"). Merci Jean-Michel pour l'accueil et les conseils. Nous reviendrons dans cette belle région.
