About this property

You will stay in a 2020, 30-ft RV trailer with a double bed, a bunk bed for 4 people. The RV area is surrounded with a small Resort area with a pool, Jacuzzi, Tiki hut with cable TV, fan, Wifi a full kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and laundry room.
The Rv is located on a 2.5 acre farm that has a mobile home where the owners live. The Resort is completely independent and private only for you.
There are 8 cats on the property, therefore we do not allow pets.

This place was perfect for us, clean, quiet, well stocked and away from Florida traffic!

The property was just like it was advertised. Ernest was a great host although we didn't really need any additional help once we were there. The place is nice sized for two but can certainly can handle large families with the additional sleeping arrangements. We loved the biking here, swimming in the pool and hanging out at the lanai. The weather was perfect here in March, nice and warm. Thanks Ernie for a wonderful time in Florida! We hope to come again in the future.

a trailer in the woods

the house trailer is clean and well maintained, everything works. it is located in the countryside, sort of. it's down a long winding 35 mph road, but once you get there it's fairly private (there are neighbors but they are not real close). the pool is nice, new, well taken care of, with a new deck surrounding. the trailer is well furnished with all the stuff needed for a vacation rental. wifi works well. everything is in perfect shape. Ernie and Ana Marie are totally available and ready to take care of your problems, if you have any. my only gripe is that they have the air conditioner on pre-programmed remote control.. the tenant has very little control over the thermostat . you can turn it up (make it less cold) for a little while , but when the next pre-programmed temperature change occurs (they happen 3 or 4 times per day) any input of yours is wiped out. at times I was standing in front of the open oven with all the stove burners going while wearing a coat (I kid you not) just to stay warm, meanwhile the air conditioner was merrily blasting away. finally I realized that I could simply pull the thermostat out of the wall (which shut the air conditioner completely off) and thereby not have the air conditioner freezing me to death. problem solved, more or less, because then you have no air conditioner at all (maybe good, maybe bad). before you rent you may want to ask about this, it really really bugged me to not have control over the thermostat. I found it insulting: guess I can't be trusted to operate a thermostat? and I froze half to death until I learned how to unplug then system. but if you don't mind being cold it's a great place..

Country living, pet friendly, second home feeling!

Owner’s are awesome, willing to help with everything needed! Clean and neat. Country at its best, quiet, peaceful with area for many outdoor activities. Dog friendly! Completely fenced in, so the dogs had 2 acres to run! Plenty of parking (2 cars, truck and boat). We fit 7 people and 3 big dogs comfortably. Everything we needed was on site: BBQ, hammocks, tiki pavilion, screened porch, pool, and much more.
