The property has fantastic views and is very clean. A good amount of sun through the day to satisfy the sun seekers and a cool reasonably sized pool to relax in on the warmer days.

Jorge was extremely helpful, generous and made the stay that much better.

The living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you need to be sat outside to enjoy the great views.

The villa was lovely and the pool was absolutely stunning. Lovely bananas provided by the owner and a couple of taxi numbers however A welcome pack in the villa would have been helpful with useful tips and information regarding the villa and area.

Few handy thing you could do with knowing before you go,

- it is a very secluded area on very steep hills so getting around is not easy. Hire a car if you are hoping to get out and about to restaurants and supermarkets regularly as taxis are around €10 each way. Must be a powerful car and a confident driver driving up hills.

- The villa has beach towels available to use.

- There is a bbq however no coal available.

- Toilet paper is provided when you arrive however not enough for the duration.

- In May time we were told a lot of the local restaurants (by the beach) were closed due to out of season so we didn’t eat out so the clothes we packed were not required.

Ensure your taxi driver knows where the villa is and is prepared for a tight road down to the villa. There is a side entrance off a wider road as an option if not.

Overall and lovely stay in a lovely villa just a shame about the hills but I suppose that Is Madeira for you.

Beautiful island!

A wonderful villa, complete with everything you need, spacious both internally and externally.

Best of all are the amazing views of the sea and sunset; the upper terrace is perfect for watching the kids in the pool and gazing over the ocean and also has a lovely eating area close to the BBQ.

Jorge is very helpful and available at the end of a Whatsapp message whenever you need help. His tip on taking the longer route to the villa to avoid the 32% hill was invaluable for our underpowered 1L hire car! (Don't underestimate the hills in Madeira; hire a car with a bit more power)

Supermarket in Calheta, 5 mins drive away has everything you need.

Would recommend the natural swimming pools in Port Moniz; stunning.

Great villa in a quiet location with wonderful views out to the sea.

This villa was well equipped with everything required for self catering.The pool was a good size and had a robotic pool cleaner.

The villa was clean & tidy throughout & Jorge was most helpful & polite.The villa is only about 5/6mins from the harbour which has a well stocked supermarket & restaurants by the harbour.A car is essential as there are quite steep roads throughout the island.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den es für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Pool-Küche ist ein echtes Highlight und der Pool ist groß genug, um sich anzukühlen. Da wir die lauen Sommerabende lieber draußen auf der Terrasse verbracht haben, haben wir die fehlenden deutschen TV-Sender nicht vermisst. Super ist auch die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine. So kann man sich das ein oder andere Kleidungsstück beim packen sparen. Ein kleine Verbesserung wäre es, wenn das einwandfrei fuktionierende WLAN auch im Poolbereich verfügbar wäre.
