What a fabulous place, from the accommodations to the Pavilion with all,its amenities made our stay so enjoyable. We found it very convenient to shopping as well! I would highly recommend it for families!

Such a great spot for families. The pool is perfect for kids and the townhouse was very comfortable we well-appointed. The staff were also very helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stay at Old Greenwood Townhouse,
I have always felt that Old Greenwood is a fantastic place for families this is the first time trying one of the Townhouses. I think everything about Old Greenwood is 5 stars other than two items that have always been a small misstep. The worst of the two is the check-in time 5 pm has now officially just rubbed me the wrong way small for some but a big pet peeve for me. The wifi and electronics, another weakness for Old Greenwood. Small peeve but on a short weekend and all you want to do is easily connect to the wifi we had to go to the front desk just to get a correct wifi password. At this level, this should not be overlooked by whoever is in charge. Honestly everything else about Oldwood is perfect.

We will pass along your feedback about the wifi & assure this is remedied as you should not be inconvenienced to get a correct password.
On the check-in time, we honor early check-ins whenever possible but, much different than a hotel, our housekeeping team is cleaning 2 to 4-bedroom residences, up to 3,000 & 4,000 square feet & this simply takes some time. Every bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, floor, outdoor space, etc. needs to be cleaned & our team has only 5-6 hours to do this.
