Cozy lake home on Lake Sinissippi, just 1 hour from Milwaukee and 2.5 hours from Chicago. 2019 will be our second year open to renters. This house is built and decorated in North-woods decor with soaring ceilings and knotty pine. Gourmet kitchen with updated appliances and quartz counters. Main floor master bedroom overlooks the lake, and deck. Large 4-season 'lake room' has bar & gas stove gaming table and walks out to the deck. Upstairs are three more bedrooms with a full bathroom. In addition, we have an outdoor fire pit in a beautiful wooded setting. All this on a super quiet, heavily wooded, private street. Lake Sinissippi is a 3,078-acre lake that is river fed so the water is murky but very safe for swimming. The lake is shallow with the maximum depth of 12 feet, and is noted for it's recreational uses, and not so much for fishing. A canoe is provided for you to explore the lake. You can rent our pontoon for the week or rent a pontoon for the day from the local marina. We also have a dock that can accommodate your boat. The house is an hour from EAA, SummerFest, the Wisconsin Dells, and the Wisconsin State Fair.

What makes this House unique
If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place. We are at the end of a road with little traffic in a heavily wooded area. You will love all the wildlife including eagles, pelicans, blue herons, fox, deer, and many birds.

Beautiful cozy home.
Loved our stay! Very homey and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the sunporch, Hot tub, and fire pit. The lake is beautiful for kayaking, and recreational boating, not so great for fishing. Hope to return soon.
The house and property are beautiful. Deanna and Olin take wonderful care of it. They were responsive to our every question. Our only suggestion would be a new, bigger grill. At the lake we grill out almost every night. Often we had to take the grate out to get a lighter in there to start it. The ignition does not work at all.
We had a great time.
Thanks for the nice review. A new grill is being delivered this week!
This is exactly what you've been looking for!!
We had the time of our lives in this wonderful place which included the incredible support from both the owner and the property management company! Oren and Deanna responded to every question we asked and made themselves completely available to help us with any thing that we asked or needed information on. The property itself is magnificent and perfectly accommodated our family of 9 and our two dogs that were able to come with vs. being kenneled for the week. The home is gorgeous and has every creature comfort you can imagine. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything more! This is a property and a management company that you'll want to use over and over again. The memories we were able to make will last a lifetime and we have you guys to thank for that!
Very nice property in a quiet location. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub and lake. The lake is perfect for canoeing and floating, however not so great for swimming. The max depth of the lake behind the house is about 3 feet. However, sitting by the fire pit watching the wildlife around the lake was awesome. Would definitely recommend going.

Beautiful home, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Helpful and responsive property managers. Would definitely stay again!
We took a family vacation on June 7-12. It was such a spacious place. We utilized the hot tub every day! Amazing! We rented the pontoon at the house (which we recommend as this is the only way to rent one on the lake for now) we loved the music that Fritz had on the boat. We were able to bring our dogs which made it even better! This property had everything you ever need. I do recommend having some kind of instructions on how to run the stereo system as that is amazing also. Loved having the music outside. Deanna and Orin were great to work with and was there to answer all our questions! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us. U have a beautiful place and we will be back again for sure. It exceeded our expectations! 🙂👍😎
Thanks for the nice review. Glad you like my classic rock music selection on the thumb drive for the boat. I'll update the electronic section in the house guide to include stereo operating instructions.
