About this property

Chatel Centre - 50 M to Ski Lift

Our apartment is in a fantastic location, only 50 metres from the Super Chatel gondola and 100 metres from the shops/restaurants in the centre of the village. Despite being very central the apartment is in a quiet location, situated above the village centre and set back from a no through road.

Due to it's location, the L shaped sunny southwest facing balcony has magnificent views of the valley both left towards Linga and right towards Chapelle /Abondance.

The property comprises – entrance hall, spacious open plan living room with 42 inch TV, WIFI internet, Apple TV, dining area, and modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob/oven, coffee (Nespresso and Filter) microwave and washing machines.

If required we have 2 Hauck travel cots with mattresses available (60cm x 120 cm)

2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom/wc.
One of the bedrooms offers the option of 2 single beds or together as 1 King size (mattress zipps together). With a double sofa bed in the living area this apartment comfortably sleeps 6.

There are private parking spaces, but also a private garage is available for parking and/or for the storage of bikes. A cave is also available for ski/snowboard storage.

Great location & Views
Instruction manuals very handy as were the few bits and bobs in the cupboards like foil and salt, plenty of loo roll and cleaning products. Lovely apartment. Loo function issue attended to immediately. Dishwasher instructions / salt / rinse aid could do with being provided. Thought the master bedroom bed was a bit chilly against the window. Other than that, can't fault it! Host very responsive to messages. Would recommend!!

Great view from a great apartment in a great location
Great apartment with wonderful views; well appointed and with easy parking. A quiet area but just two minutes walk to the heart of Chatel. Check-in and -out process was simple and painless.

Super location with great balcony views.
Stayed here in July. The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of Chatel but also away from noise. The building is above the main town centre so you get great views across to the mountains. The balcony glass doors make the best of the light and views. In general the apartment was very clean, smart and up to date. The kitchen , bathroom and showers are very good. The owners were very helpful and excellent communication. Would certainly come again in the Summer.

Effortless convenience.
Richard’s property is situated 50 meters from the Super Chatel bubble, making getting up the mountain an effortless exercise. The use of a garage to store skies, is even closer. The views from the large lounge window across the valley is stunning and the accommodation generally is of a very high standard.
