Located in a property of 120 ha of woods, meadows, ponds. At the heart of the Brenne regional nature park, the churn mill (built in the 13th century) is the ideal place to fully enjoy nature. You will be able to contemplate fauna, flora, birds in the greatest calm. You will enjoy walking on the hiking trails. You will be able to stroll along the private ponds of the property or along the river (5km) which winds 30m from the gîte.

Passionate about horses we can welcome your companions in a barns, individual paddocks and working quarry. Daisy hikes from the property, roaming in the Brenne park.

Fishermen! The Brenne country of a thousand ponds is the perfect place to let your passion run wild. We have 4 ponds and 5km of river (2nd category).

Naturalist friends and photographers, you will be enchanted by the ecological richness of the places, orchids, more than 25 species of birds, more than 26 different butterflies, cistude, bat, insects and large fauna ...

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour au gîte du martin pécheur. Le grand parc est agréable pour se balader et pêcher des carpes et écrevisses pour les amateurs et apercevoir des biches. Romain est un hôte discret et très accueillant, il élève des lapins (en bio) et nous a proposé une visite de l'exploitation ce qui a beaucoup plu à notre fils et nous aussi.

Urlaub im Naturparadies
Eine ähnlich idyllische Lage eines Ferienhauses ist schwer zu finden. Pilzreiche Wälder mit lautstarkem Rotwild, welches in der Dämmerung bis ans Haus herankommt, wechseln sich mit offenen Wiesenflächen und zahlreichen Gräben ab. Wir haben selten eine so vielfältige Vogelwelt beobahten können. An dem alten Mühlengraben direkt an der Terrasse konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen. Der Besitzer arbeitet auf der Farm des Grundstücks, seine Eltern wohnen im Nachbarhaus. Er hat sich stets viel Zeit genommen um Fragen zu beantworten oder aufgetretene Probleme zu lösen. Als engagierter Naturbursche bietet er den Gästen auch Führungen in die abwechslungsreiche Natur oder seine kleine Farm an. Das sehr hübsch anzusehende Haus selbst ist einfach eingerichtet und aufgrund fehlender Heizung m.E. nicht für die kalte Jahreszeit geeignet. Das Bad verfügt jedoch über eine Elektroheizung und der kleine Wohnraum über einen Kamin. Eine Grundausstattung ist vorhanden. Verbrauchsutensilien wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs etc. müssen aber selbst besorgt werden. Wir waren beeindruckt von der Leidenschaft und den ökologischen Grundgedanken, welche der Bewirtschaftung der Farm und der Ländereien zur Bereitstellung mannigfaltiger Biotope zugrunde liegen. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung für Naturliebhaber!
