This is a Spacious Duplex with Sea Views, just 100 meters from the beautiful long sandy beach that is perfect for children.
There are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one with bath / shower and the other with shower, and a very well equipped kitchen. The terrace is an ideal place to dine while enjoying the magnificent sea view.
It is located on the two upper floors of the building, so there is no noise from above, it is also away from the road, so no traffic noise.
The apartment is in a quiet area but only 5 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other amenities.
There is secure covered parking for our guests.
The beautiful Promenade de Roses is 4km long, ideal for walks by the sea on a summer evening with views of the mountains behind the city.
Please note that our conditions are 25% deposit and the balance to be paid upon arrival at the apartment.

Location agréable

Propriétaires très agréables. Location conforme aux descriptifs. Très bien situé avec la plage à 2 pas, des commerces tout aussi proches et le remblai pour la balade du soir avec glaces et restaurants. Appartement spacieux et stationnement pour véhicule à l'ombre très appréciable. Vue sur la mer pour les repas sur le grand balcon, résidence très agréable. Merci à Christine et David.

appartement spacieux dans résidence très agréable, fleurie et verdoyante. un vrai plaisir. vue sur la mer du balcon ! très appréciable située à 3 min à pied de la plage, du paséo et commerces pour la glace du soir ! appartement conforme aux photos. léger bémol : résidence mal insonorisée, surtout quand les voisins de palier parlent très fort et mettent leur télé fort.... Ménage à revoir à l'arrivée. En résumé: bonne location, bonne localisation, bon accueil. SUPER

Très beau séjour

Appartement spacieux situé dans un quartier très calme, Christine vous accueillera avec le sourir. Tous les équipements sont conformes au descriptif, rien ne manque. Situé à une rue de la plage, cet appartement est idéal pour une famille qui cherche la tranquillité et la proximité de tous les commerces. Le parking réservé et ombragé est très agréable.
