About this property

Charming chalet completely renovated. Its 160m2 were designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3wc). Alpine atmosphere, wooden interior, large picture windows, unique view, sauna, traditional fireplace, king size beds, peace and tranquility guaranteed. Large private parking at the chalet, large garden.

The chalet is located on the sunny hillside and the heights of Saint Gervais les Bains, 700m from the village center (southwest exposure). No vis-à-vis, you are on the edge of the forest, in a quiet environment, on a road taken mainly by local residents (snow cleared daily in winter), and you may see hinds in the garden during your stay at chalet.

The large glazed areas of the chalet will provide you with a panoramic view of the snow-capped peaks, as well as exceptional brightness. From all the rooms, you will have a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc escape ski area, the Aravis and Fiz mountains as well as the village of Saint Gervais. The chalet is 10 minutes walk (downhill) from the village center, all shops and restaurants within walking distance, no vehicle needed for walkers.

Great stay - beautiful location!

We’ve stayed at this lovely chalet twice now and would definitely come back again! The home is comfortable and the views are amazing. Location can’t be beat - lots to do in St Gervais and the surrounding area.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful chalet. It is exactly as shown in the photos online, with comfortable pillows and bedding, lots of cooking equipment, and, most importantly, a beautiful view. After spending 9 weeks of confinement in an apartment in Paris, our stay at the chalet was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back! Jeff is a fantastic host who is super responsive and helpful. Our car broke down when we were there, and Jeff helped us a lot in dealing with local garages, as our french is not awesome. We highly recommend!

Lovely ski chalet in an adorable ski town

We had a wonderful time in this chalet. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals and the kids had fun in the yard the day it snowed. The town is just down the hill and we found some delicious food in town. There were plenty of scrumptious French bakeries and many places in town to get ski equipment. Les Contamines ski resort was my favorite of the several we visited. Chamonix is just a train ride away if you want to go into chamonix and one can easily take the train from Geneva to this town.

Centrally located, newly renovated, perfect condition

Centrally located on the mountainside overlooking the valley and mountains opposite. Geneva, Annecy <1 hour. Ski and hiking areas 15 m. away. Village center with supermarkets, restaurants 10 m. walk. Spacious and newly renovated chalet with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace (wood included) and well-equipped kitchen. Sauna on ground floor. All in perfect condition and clean. Ideal for both active and relaxing holidays. Friendly owner, available for questions, responds quickly. Property is highly recommended because of central location and excellent condition of decor and furnishings.
