Charming and bright 4 rooms in a traditional chalet renovated in old wood. warm atmosphere with fireplace and large windows overlooking the Aravis. A nearby ski slopes of the Princess.

The apartment includes a stay (parquet floor) with dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom (bed 160cm) bedroom with bunk beds, a bath-room and separate WC. Mezzanine (ground rod) is the third bedroom with sloping ceilings (140cm bed) with TV, ensuite bathroom and toilet, and a games area, relaxation, office, attic.

To enjoy the sun, you have a balcony and a covered terrace at the living room and a patch of grass near the chalet with lounge chairs, BBQ and garden furniture.

Tutto perfetto

Appartamento a due piani fedele alla descrizione. Molto bello, attrezzato con tutto ciò che serve inclusa una lavatrice-asciugatrice che è stata utilissima. Olivier, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Comunicazioni fluide con risposte immediate a tutte le domande. Per finire la location è perfetta sia per la quiete e la bellezza del posto che per la posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere agevolmente moltissimi posti meravigliosi dell'alta savoia. Consigliatissimo!!!

Chalet De Charme, Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé de très bonnes fêtes de Noël, au coin du feu de bois, dans une ambiance très agréable. Chalet bien équipé, très bien situé et accueil très agréable.
