Find Santa Barbara’s cultural highlights within walking distance including the Lobero, Arlington and Granada theaters with live music, opera and symphony performances as well as the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and the historic Santa Barbara Courthouse. State Street, Santa Barbara’s downtown shopping district, filled with boutiques and restaurants, is also within walking distance. The beach, harbor and wharf are a short bike or cab ride away. Depending on interests, a car is optional. We are 12 blocks from the Amtrak station and about a 20-minute ride from the Santa Barbara airport in Goleta.
We have hosted a number of guests who work remotely or are in town for extended work contracts and educational programs as well as former Santa Barbara residents who still enjoy spending time in our special city.
La Casa Escondida D is one of four studios in our bungalow building and we have created a peaceful, private environment for our tenants and guests. We hope that you feel enveloped in comfort in our special space, enjoying the unique details that we have worked hard to create and the incredible culture that Santa Barbara has to offer.
