Although Covid-19 cases on the island have remained very low, we encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing while outside of the villa. Our condo is being cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines and all linens and towels are being washed in hot water and bleached where appropriate. Please understand, all of us as owners are asking renters to follow the appropriate guidelines, but can obviously not enforce them as it is on individuals to do so responsibly.

Affordable Villa at a Resort with private beach access, excellent amenities and Beach Bar! 3 Pools and 6 Tennis Courts including an Indoor Pool and Hot Tub open year round. Fresh and clean with new flooring and furniture in the living room. A new California King Mattress awaits you in the Master Bedroom, a Queen and Bunk Beds in the 2nd Bedroom with new mattresses, as well as a new HVAC unit for the villa to keep the perfect temperature throughout the year. Your vacation in our affordable villa relieves the stress of an expensive trip. Our Building 4 villa overlooks the pool and is a short walk or shuttle ride across the wildlife viewing area and your toes are in the sand! You will certainly enjoy all that Hilton Head Resort has to offer. Our secured gated community has a peaceful and quiet beach. Enjoy libations and food at the resort's own Coco's on the Beach, or have a drink and a snack at the Beach Bear Bar and Grill next to the building 1 pool from spring break thru the end of Fall. You can also relax at the quieter, beautiful and clear building 4 pool which is seen from the balcony, or enjoy the year round heated indoor pool in building 3 that also boasts a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness Center, and Running Track for those rainy or cooler days. Tennis is right outside your door, local bike rentals are available on property. Everything you need is provided in our storage cage for your trips to the beach or the courts including, carts, chairs, sand toys etc!

Our family-friendly villa offers all the comforts of home at a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay. You will even find a Pack-n-Play and a feeding chair for the little one's in your family (just bring the linens and swim diapers). Recently renovated, fresh and clean! We take pride in providing exceptional service for all of our guests. Our goal is to ensure a Five Star rating from every stay!

The villa has flat screen tv's and Roku’s in each bedroom, a 55" Smart TV in the living room, tennis racquets and balls, books, board games and more. If you enjoy cooking, you will feel at ease in our fully stocked kitchen. And don't forget, you'll have access to all the wonderful resort amenities as well!

Our villa is the perfect escape for families, friends, soul mates, or solo getaways where relaxation is the goal. With the mild winters, our Hilton Head Resort Villa is a wonderful destination year round!

Spring Break Trip!

Condo was exactly as the listing described. Our family of five had a great time. We spent a lot of time at the beach and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen and dined in most of the time. Lots of close restaurants and shops near by if eating out is preferred. Biking trails were great as well!

Perfect Family Escape

My family of four had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and the living room and kitchen were well-stocked with essentials that made it feel like home. We LOVED the proximity to the beach, and the boardwalk was absolutely beautiful! We rented bikes on site, ate at the restaurant on the beach (Coco's), enjoyed the heated pools, used the exercise room, and relaxed in the sauna and steam room. My entire family loved it, and we will definitely be back!

Only stayed 3 nights but a good experience. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding nice, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Owner was responsive and friendly.

Great Location and Condo!

The condo was in a perfect location. The short walk to the boardwalk gave us opportunities to check out the alligator and turtles along the way. Definitely fun for our 9 year old. It was a little chilly outside but we still enjoyed the ocean and Coco's beach bar. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, laundry was on the same floor/convenient, and it felt like a home away from home. We had a little issue connecting to the internet but Chris was extremely responsive and helpful even though he was traveling and not their fault. Location was a short drive to all the great restaurants and the binder and magazine left in the condo were full of fantastic recommendations and information. We did a dolphin cruise, went to all the Skull Creek Restaurants, and even caught a shark on a morning sunrise fishing charter! We loved Hilton Head and the condo! We will definitely be back again! Thank you for sharing your home. It was definitely a memorable experience. OOOOOh, and I almost forgot, the indoor pool/sauna were great for chilly days and relaxing in the evening but that steam room is amazing!!!!!
