Kiwanda Lookout is a newer three story home with a cozy open floor plan located in The Dory Pointe subdivision. This home is full of natural light from lots of windows, comfortably furnished, and great for your family get togethers.
The Great Room is on the SECOND LEVEL and has two sofas and a large ottoman, TV/VCR/DVD, a Dining Area, breakfast island with three bar chairs, and fully stocked Kitchen. There is also a Bedroom with a full bed, and a full guest bath. A lookout deck views west, and the eastside private deck with a BBQ extends the living area out doors.
The THIRD LEVEL has the Master Bedroom full bath suite with a garden tub, a private deck and queen bed. There is a Sitting Loft with a futon and single hide-a-bed, overlooking the great room, with a partial view of the rock, ocean and Cape Kiwanda.
The FIRST LEVEL has a private Bedroom Suite with a full bed and full bath. There is a Laundry room off the entry hall, and a double car garage with a ping pong table.
There is a generous driveway for parking, and adjoins a very quiet paved lane. It is a short five minute, four block walk to the beach, restaurant and shops. Backs to wooded land and nature trails.

Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale, beach homes built consistent with the shore side environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just North of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities, including dory launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine Village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval.
