The city center is less than 10 min walk, the car is not essential during the stay.
A bike path at the exit of the Residence (bd of the beach) leads to the beach Pereire and Moulleau, the pier Thiers and the port of Plaisance.
The apartment includes:
- a large living room of 27 m2 sea view with a large sofa and a small sofa, a LED TV 117 cm and a DVD / Blu ray player.
- an equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, gas stove 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave, kettle, toaster.
- a separate toilet with washbasin
- a bedroom with two beds 90 cm and a bathroom (sink and shower)
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a 80 cm LED TV.
(the mattresses of the rooms are in high-end latex)
- a bathroom with shower and double sink, and a washing machine.
- a large closet with iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
