About this property

Renting a family house and garden in a coastal village Vendée

The house is rented with 3 adult bikes to travel light and enjoy the bike path along the coast.
The sea is 2 km (oyster ports), accessible by a small country road, the house is in the village, near the bakery, the supermarket and the tobacco shop ...

The building is a renovation of my grandfather's carpentry workshop. We made a welcoming home for family and friends.
You will find a very quiet, lots of space because the party remained "workshop" is very pleasant in summer.
It consists of several large rooms of over 30 m2 each (dining room, library.
- with a book near the wood stove
 - in a lounge chair with views of the enclosed garden
 - a drink in his hand, flipping through the library books

Beautiful sandy beaches at 15 km and a rocky coast to the north at the same distance.

Maison agréable avec beaucoup de cachet.
Une très belle demeure atypique avec beaucoup de cachet, une bibliothèque impressionnante et un hôte disponible. La maison est bien située dans le village et au calme.

Une maison unique magnifiquement rénovée avec une âme
Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Pascal mi août, la maison est magnifique, et offre de beaux espaces à chacun, attention cependant aux 2 escaliers avec de jeunes enfants... La localisation est agréable mais il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage. Merci Pascal pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité, à bientôt !!

De très belles vacances dans une magnifique maison de famille
De très bonnes vacances dans les paysages de marais Bretons, ballades agréables a proximité des ports ostréicoles, de belles plages de sable fin, le passage du Gois et l'île de Noirmoutier à quelques encablures. La maison est très agréable et superbement décorée. Véritable maison d artiste, elle regorge de tableaux, de peintures, de portraits. La maison est chaleureuse et le jardin paisible et calme. Pascal, le propriétaire l'est tout autant et saura vous mettre à l'aise. Nous avons admiré au passage la superbe bibliothèque qui regorge de livres intéressants, avec un coin pour les enfants. Très bon séjour d’une semaine à Bouin, village très agréable. Accès Noirmoutier, St Hilaire de Riez, St Gilles XV, etc. très facile Location entièrement conforme à la description. Très spacieuse et calme. Accueil parfait par Pascal Renoux. Nous avons bien profité des vélos mis à disposition. Merci.
