About this property

Beautiful new two-bedroom/two-bathroom cottage located on owner's property just minutes from the Ravanel Bridge and downtown Charleston. Travel is quick and easy from our location, so you'll be able to see all the sights with a minimum of time and stress!
We are ten minutes from downtown Charleston and 5 minutes from the incredible sunrises and sunsets on the Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor. Five grocery stores are within 5 minutes including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Aldi's. The Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park is a bike ride away or five minutes by car. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away. The house is well-designed, comfortable, and full of amenities that will make your stay a pleasure. Relax on the front porch rockers or on the back porch, in this quiet neighborhood.

Great little Mount Pleasant Find

It was perfect for a quiet getaway to the Charleston area. Loved the small new cottage. Clean, nicely stocked with amenities and ez access to Hwy 17 and over to Charleston. The older neighborhood/area appeared to be in the midst of being somewhat refurbished which will be a plus as time goes forward. I’d stay again easily.
