Walk to major food store , bakery, restaurants and the boardwalk .Close but not too close. No pets , smoking , or groups . Linens are not provided. Also renting in the fall and winter with a a 2 night minimum. Please note the gas fireplace no longer is working and SUMMER (June, July, August, September) months have a 7 night minimum with a Saturday to Saturday rental term.
