About this property

A real * Norman manor with pool in the heart of the Auge, facing south and surrounded by flowering terraces and a park of 7 hectares.
The house consists of a ground floor an entrance hall, lounge / dining room (flat screen TV, stereo, board games and WiFi available) with a spectacular view of the valley and sunset, a fireplace Cathedral, a fully equipped kitchen
1st floor, 2 double bedrooms, a children's bedroom (bunk beds), a laundry, a bathroom with tub / double sinks and separate toilet.
2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub & sink, a shower room and separate toilet.

All rooms face south.

The park is fully enclosed and access is via an automated gate, remotely controlled.
Facilities: Two terraces overlooking valley or park view (tables & chairs, barbecue, children's bicycles, ping-pong). A swimming pool (12m x 5m) heated and seasonal situated close to the house (pool house and sun loungers).

Ideally located near Pont l'Eveque and 15mn Trouville-Deauville you can enjoy the tumult of the sea, the quiet of the countryside and villages of the Pays d'Auge (Cormeilles Blangy le Château Beaumont en Auge. ...) with their flea markets, markets and restaurants.

For amateurs, the Golf Barrière de Saint Julien is 800m and has a free tennis court (booking home of golf).

Amazing!

This was our favorite stop out of 3 rentals on this trip. It had everything we needed and a ton of quiet space to spread out and let the kids run and swim after the craziness of Paris. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. My kids are already asking when we can come back. About 35 minutes to start touring the WW2 beaches so it is a great home base. Thanks Nicolas for a great week!

A week to remember

What a nice place! Perfect for the big family. We really enjoyed our stay in LoLo's house. Feeding the animals was a special surprise to us. The kids loved it :-). On top of it all, Nicolas is simply the best host you can imagine. My very best recommendations. Peter Olsen

Petit Trianon

My husband and three 16 year old boys stayed at Nicolas' beautiful home and property. We didn't know what to expect but we're so pleased with what we got. The house was very clean, adorable and had everything we needed. I prepared several meals in the fully equipped kitchen because the boys were tired of eating out. The house was perfect and I can't wait to visit again. It is in the relaxing country but yet very close to a cute town, Pont- l'Eveque and the autoroute. Good restaurants in Pont- l'Eveque. The house is inside a private gated area and when the gates open you drive into a manicured fantasy world with sheep, chickens and geese. We walked the property in the evenings with a glass of wine and we able to let go of work, stress and just enjoy the perfect moments. Honfleur was 30 minutes away and the D-day beaches were 30 minutes the other direction. Our only issue was the wifi is very weak and slow. Our boys were going through withdrawals but on the other hand they read books and visited the animals. My husband and I own several business and unfortunately we do have to work even when on vacation. Not a bad trade-off though...I love to work but I love to travel also. Thanks you Nicolas for sharing your home with us.

Great place for a family vacation

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and the home was large enough for many more guests. The kitchen is great with a wonderful gas stove/oven. The grounds are well kept. Our kids loved the farm animals and the pool on nice days. Nicolas was very prompt with his replies. He is very friendly and gives good tips on surrounding shops/markets. The home was a good base to explore the Calvados region in Normandy and an easy day trip to Bayeux and the Dday beaches

From the moment we arrived and was greeted by Nicolas, who made us feel very welcome

This has been the best family holiday we have ever had, everyone had freedom to enjoy themself, I havent heard the family laugh so much together in a long time.
