Welcome to our condo at Island House Beach Club. This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that has it all for your vacation needs. It has all the essentials of home and is in a prime location on Fort Myers Beach. Walk to the much desired Time Square area, shops, pier, restaurants and local entertainment. This quiet complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs.

As your enter this unit, you are welcomed by a spacious family room with new furniture and new carpet, the dining area has seating for 4 and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, utility room with washer and dryer, towels and lines and cable TV. The open lanai has outdoor seating for you to enjoy beautiful views, and sea breeze. Our property has a monthly rental period minimum, inquire with us on multi-month discounts. Hope to see you soon!

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Fun on Fort Myers Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed our Vacation on The Beach. Our Daughter and Grand Daughter also enjoy their stay with us, and we enjoy having them. Tri Power has always treated us very well.

Great stay

The property was conviently located for access to times square and publix. Beautiful and spacious condo with the beach right outside the door. We would highly recommend this rental.
