4 season cottage on Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County that faces into amazing Sunsets. Peaceful and quiet - this space is ideal for family get-togethers and kids. There is also a boat slip - you can park your boat directly in front of the cottage. Situated on almost 4 acres which includes lawn, forest and field, this cottage has 3 bedrooms, large eat in kitchen and one very large bathroom. This space is perfect for large groups to come and relax and enjoy the pastoral beauty.
Our Space:
Living Room has flat screen TV, DVD player and wifi. Propane BBQ and 2 firepits - one by the water and one behind the house. There are three bedrooms and easily accommodates 6 people. Bathroom is a 4 piece with separate Jacuzzi tub and shower. Eat-In Kitchen is a very large open concept space fully equipped - all that you need to create great meals during your stay. Living Room is a large beach style living room with TV with DVD player (wifi included) and movies available. Other Rooms/spaces include laundry room with washer, dryer, as well as our Stone House - a separate space - original cottage on land and has been said to be oldest building in Prince Edward County (not really usable). Waterfront – 400 feet of waterfront - 30’ boat slip/dock on finger of Lake Ontario – prime heaven for boating and swimming. Features Waterfront, Fishing Nearby, Firepit, Other Features • Large boat slip/dock on Lake Ontario – • Propane BBQ • Small fire pit near water for campfires • Within 20 minutes of Picton & Napanee with supermarkets, LCBO/Beer Store, fast food to fine cuisine, live entertainment, & shopping • 25 minutes to Sandbanks • Blankets, sheet and kitchen hand towels are provided. • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dish detergent, propane, and garbage bags are supplied • Drinking Water – Our tap water is delicious and good. • We DO NOT provide body soap, shampoo/conditioner or a large supply of toilet paper
Neighbourhood Overview:
We are in sailing heaven - each morning, keel boats sail by our cottage and return in the evening when the sun is setting. About 30 minutes away, is Little Bluff Conservation Area - which features an 18 metre high limestone bluff with a panoramic view of Prince Edward Bay. Features include: Birdwatching, cycling, fishing, hiking trails, picnic areas and unsupervised swimming. We are about 15 minutes outside of Picton - and Sandbanks National Park. Surrounding the county are amazing wineries - too many to count and wonderful restaurants and pubs. Waupoos - known for its cider is less than 10 minutes away.

• Price includes HST (sales tax) • Check in is at 4pm • Check out is at 11am • No early check ins or late outs. • We DO NOT provide firewood. HOUSE QUIRKS: • One special request; our plumbing is on a delicate septic tank system and it is vital that only toilet paper is used and flushed. Wastebaskets are provided and there are bags located in the vanities for any other objects. • We get our water from our well so long, relaxing showers are not recommended if you want the next person to get their shower in as well.
