The third level features the spacious kitchen and dining area, half bath, and living room with four sliding glass doors accessing east and west-facing sundecks. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
