About this property

This cute one room efficiency cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway! It’s within walking distance to Pine Creek. The cottage contains a queen sized bed, a pull out sofa, kitchen, apartment size stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, a drip coffee maker, toaster, etc. The cottage has a deck with outdoor seating and an outdoor fire pit. Pine Creek offers great fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, etc. The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is nearby and offers hiking trails and picturesque views. The Pine Creek Rail Trail is approximately 3 miles away and runs parallel to Pine Creek. Both bikers and hikers enjoy the trail!

Please note: This cottage is a quiet getaway. It does not have TV or internet access and cell service is very spotty in the area.

Cozy Mountain Cabin

We, ( my sister, Mother and I), found the cabin to be absolutely adorable. The location is scenic , perfect for walks with the dog and jaunts into Wellsboro, or a cozy dinner at the Log Cabin Inn. We didn’t get to try out the fire pit because we picked a drizzly weekend , but we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this cabin again.

Great little cottage in the woods

This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Wellsboro is a great town with great restaurants. There are hiking trails not from from the cabin that have spectacular views. Already booked again!

Fall getaway-highly reccommend

It was a very nice location, really cute cabin that was very clean. Loved the fire pit. Enjoyed the covered wagon tours at the Grand Canyon. ,close by. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion was, the bath towels should be replaced, they were very worn out, as well as the kitchen tee towels and dish cloths. The dvd setup was nice, even had some to use. A very nice couple of days to enjoy the fall weather.
