About this property

We have completely renovated this house, which is located near the castle of Saint-Geniès Bellevue (end of the 16th Century), and it boasts a 3 ha park with trees like its wonderful cedar tress overlooking the castle.
It is composed of 4 large bedrooms and 1 very large room; each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The living area is very large. A large awning allows you to enjoy your meals otside. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, induction hob, electric oven, microwave). There are 2 TVs, BBQ and sun loungers, garden table and chairs. There is broadband wi-fi access throughout the property.

gîte exceptionnel

Venus dans la région pour le mariage de notre fils le samedi 15 juillet, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer cette bastide du jeudi au lundi, et et nous avons été enthousiasmés par sa beauté, sa taille, le goût de la décoration, la situation dans un cadre de verdure, au calme, au frais même dans le parc du château. C'est luxueux, confortable, très bien équipé dans tous les domaines, draps, linges de toilette, produits toilette, sèche-cheveux, fond d'épicerie, verres et vaisselle en quantité, 2 centrales vapeur, etc. Toutes les chambres sont grandes, et même une très grande. L'immense terrasse couverte à l'arrière de la maison, au nord, permet de prendre tous les repas au frais. C'est cher, mais justifié par le niveau des prestations, et nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour. Bravo pour ce travail remarquable.

Das Landhaus empfängt einen mit einer unglaublich schönen und geschmackvollen Architektur, allen Annehmlichkeiten (inklusive eigenen Bädern in jedem Schlafzimmer) sowie einem herrlichen alten Park zum Spazierengehen. Es ist die ideale Unterkunft für Familien und kleinere Reisegruppen oder Geschäftsreisen. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Superbe séjour

La maison est parfaite et toute équipée, beaucoup d’espace pour chacun dans les chambres comme dans les pièces à vivre. Nous avons eu beaucoup de moustiques, attention à bien prévoir des produits pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Une bastide formidable

Le lieu est très agréable, avec un grand parc et beaucoup d'espace dans la maison, meublé avec beaucoup de goût, tout le confort, on se sent accueilli et les propriétaires se donnent du mal pour répondre aux demandes. C'est adapté pour le repos mais aussi pour un séminaire de travail, avec une grande table dans le salon et d'autres espaces pour des sous-groupes.

We have bought this property with this charming environment in a larger domain that has been in the family since 1742. After spending many years abroad, we have restored this country house built in 1840, and we have created this inviting place.
