Listen to the soothing sound of the surf from your private balcony. With a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, comfortable furnishings, Sugar Beach 233 is your home away from home. The complex boasts three swimming pools (1 heated for cooler months) and a children?s pool. The Sugar Shack Snack Bar is open during the summer months, serving hamburgers, sandwiches, and drinks for your enjoyment. Add fun and family time with a BBQ area, tennis courts and shuffle board for a complete vacation destination.

The fridge had rust all over the door like it was 20 years old. The balcony door could barely open towel racks where missing from the wall and left the holes there balcony blinds where missing like 7 blinds that had been broken off and the guest bed was hard and master bed slumped to the middle ohh and couches and recliners where old and had stains on them definitely needed upgrades but if u can get past all that it was ok.

Review

The pictures of the property need to be updated. It was older and needs some maintenance. Several light bulbs were out and the furniture in the living room needed to be cleaned. There were only two stools for the breakfast bar and the lamp in the living room needed to be replaced. The location of the condo was good and the weather was gorgeous so it made up for the what the condo lacked.

Broken furniture and leaky roof

The chairs were all broken. My wife sat in one and it collapsed. The condition of the apartment was dirty. The towel bars fell off the wall. In the middle of the night the roof started leaking all over our bed and luggage while we were sleeping. Absolutely terrible.

Beach vacation

I said okay on location and neighborhood because of the construction next door. I wasn’t aware of the construction. I would like to have had more information on what to do on check out day. Otherwise, We enjoyed the stay.
