Family get away
Incredible views. Uber clean. Perfect for a family gathering.
Cute, clean and completely satisfied!
We did a family holiday weekend and this home was perfect. Only thing would have made it better was snow! The set up of the house was great for what we needed with a large open main room with a perfect dining area that was great for games and meals! Jenny we very responsive and nice to work with. This was close to Manitou, yet felt secluded from all the hustle! We would gladly stay again.
We loved it!!
We had a wonderful time! Home was very clean and warm. Would definitely stay again.
Cool piece of history, awesome views!
This listing kept catching my eye with its fantastic views and decor. The house has a cool 70’s modern vibe that fits it well. It’s got everything you could need, be it chilling by the fireplace watching the mountains, Cooking with the same view, playing board games or watching tv in the basement. Not only is the house great, but it sits in a small neighborhood in Cascade, which puts you close to everything. Within 10-15 mins you can get to Pikes Peak Hwy, Cave of the winds, Garden of the Gods, and cool towns to explore like Manitou Springs or Woodland Park. And after a day full of fun there are a few amazing restaurants. Our favorites are The Pantry Restauant on Lake St. for breakfast and lunch. And for a nice dinner The Briarhurst Manor in Manitou Springs is awesome, it’s a mansion built in the 1800’s turn into a restaurant. Also check out The Mucky Duck in Green Mountain Falls (very close) but be sure to make reservations early as they fill up fast. The owners Jenny and Alex were very attentive and responded to every inquiry, and wanted to make sure we were right at home. You can also request an in house massage, let’s just say I highly recommend that. This home packs all the elements for an amazing vacation! If your looking to book, Do It! I promise you’ll be glad you did. Oh and one last thing. The wife and I spotted several deer and had a small family of lynx in the forest behind us.
What a beautiful property!
We had an amazing time up here. Such beautiful country and the house was just perfect.
Great views great space.
We really enjoyed our stay - what a fun house. Clean, neat, and well stocked. The kids had fun with the vintage board games. Cool 70s vibe, great views, great house. We really enjoyed the area as well.
