About this property

This house is an old barn surrounded by a 7000sqm of land consists of large terraces.
Quietude, greenery, serenity are the words that could characterize this place.
It is located near Chassiers 'Village Character' in the Natural Park of Monts d'Ardèche 15km of Aubenas.
The house comprises on the ground floor: living room with fireplace, large kitchen, great room, and a smaller adjoining bathroom, WC. Upstairs are a large bedroom, a bathroom and a bedroom under the roof (height less than 1.6M). There is also a large veranda where you can enjoy the garden when it is cooler. Much of the house was renovated in 2014.
You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Ardeche hills, the peaceful surroundings and warm weather (in summer) of the southern Ardeche.
Chassiers is a starting point for many excursions. In a local area, you can visit medieval towns such as Largentière, Joyeuse and Aubenas, the 'Beautiful Villages of France' as Balazuc, Labeaume or Vogue. You can swim in the pristine rivers Labeaume, the line or the moor.
Many sporting activities available to you: caving, canyoning, hiking, cycling or mountain biking, fishing, canoeing-kayaking, ...
Located about 20km, you can browse the gorges of Ardeche, the Pont d'Arc and its National Nature Reserve, on foot or by canoe. It is on the heights of Vallon, 2 km from the original site, you can visit the Cave of Pont d'Arc.

Très belle maison bien aménagée et complète au niveau des équipements. Les photos et la description de la maison sont conformes à la réalité. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique. Endroit calme et reposant. Beaucoup de balades, d'excursions et d'activités dans les environs (nous avons apprécié le canoë sur l'Ardèche, le paddle sur le Chassezac, l'équitation sur les rives de la Beaume, le canyoning aux sources de l'Ardèche, ou encore les nombreuses balades dans la nature ou dans les villages de caractère proches). Magnifiques vacances !

Coup de cœur pour cet havre de paix

Notre location préférée :) Propriétaire très agréable et super accueil. Très jolie maison au calme très bien équipée, confortable, avec un grand et magnifique jardin fleuri qui nous manque déjà. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Ardèche et nous espérons pouvoir en profiter de nouveau l'année prochaine.

Sehr schönes,großes Haus in herrlicher Umgebung und riesigem Grundstück. Absolute Ruhe.

Wer Ruhe sucht und Natur, der ist hier genau richtig.Zum Einkaufen und zu den Restaurants etwas kurvig und eng( ca. 5km). Leider mussten wir den Urlaub nach einer Woche wegen eines Unfalls (Achillesehne) abbrechen. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
