Located on the ground floor of the house, La Singulière is made up of a large living room with a kitchen and dining area on the one hand and a relaxation area on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge ...) and the living room has a flat screen TV and a large sofa bed 2 seats. The bedroom is connected to the living room by a small corridor which also serves the toilet. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower directly from the bedroom. The bedroom overlooks the ramparts and the vineyard while the living room opens onto the interior courtyard of the house.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung aber schlechter Pflegzustand

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, gut erreichbar, der Parkplatz sehr hilfreich, die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist Alles Wichtig vorhanden. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit und der Pflegezustand: Sofa und Teppich fleckig, viele Tierhaare im WC-Raum, dreckiges Messer im Schrank, Glas angeschlagen, Geschirr nicht sauber, Waschbecken nicht richtig geputzt, im Außenbereich Fuß-/Fingernägel unter dem Tisch

Sehr bequem und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Es handelt sich um eine ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Riquewihr. Der Empfang war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer Fahrverbotszone. Der Privatparkplatz ist etwa 150m entfernt. Das ausgezeichnete Restaurant Grappe d'or ist keine 100m entfernt. Zu beachten ist, dass es im Ort wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt.

QUEL ENDROIT CHARMANT

Excellent séjour dans un gîte très calme, flambant neuf, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé pour profiter des marchés de Noël alentours et celui de Riquewihr en particulier. Situation en RDC parfaite pour un couple peu adepte des escaliers...

PARFAIT

Parfaite adéquation entre les photos de l'annonce et la réalité. Gîte coquet, fonctionnel et très bien tenu. Hôtesse agréable et disponible. Trois très bons restaurants à moins de 5 mn de l'appartement : parfait !
