Sejour mitigé
Ns avons passés trois semaines au panoramica de Sant Jordi. L'endroit est loin d'etre fantastique. Ce lieu s'apparente a une ville fantome decimé par la crise espagnole. Des batiments vides voir murés a perte de vue sur l'ensemble du complexe. La residence dans laquelle nous avons sejourné etait plutot sympas. Pas trop de monde, une piscine surveillée (dommage qu'elle ferme a 21h !!...:-/ ).... Parlons de la location maintenant : commencons par le negatif et points a ameliorer : trop bruyant, murs pas assez epais (pas la faute du proprietaire en mm temps, tte la residence est concue comme cela), pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles trop petites, verres pas adaptés a de jeunes enfants par exemple aussi), lit pas du tt confortable (surtout si vous faite plus d'1m80), lavabos pas pratique du tout...lumiere dans la salle de bain pas assez eclairante, manque de rangement pour les vetements (des tablettes dans l'armoire de la chambre auraient eté plus pratique ;-) ) Points positifs : taille adaptée a une famille de 4 personne, jardin bien equipée, wifi ++ !! Climatisation, place de parking, raquette de tennis et paddle a disposition, proximité des courts de tennis et de la piscine, possibilité d'amener son chien. Nous avons qd mm passé de bonnes vacances et fait de tres bonnes rencontres. ;-)

Très bonne location.
Très bon accueil et échange à la remise des clefs. Appartement et terrasse très bien aménagée et belle piscine commune. Le seul point négatif a été l' indisponibilité du garage privé non stipulé sur l annonce.

Decepcionante. Nos facilitaron la entrada sobre las 12 de la mañana hecho que agradecimos bastante. Al entrar y enseñarnos el apartamento, las dos hamacas que había en el jardín estaban destrozadas, al quitar las colchonetas había unas cuerdas atadas de un lado a otro. En fin no podían usarse. El sofá del jardín tenía varias manchas, los cojines sucios y la zona de la barbacoa con restos de grasa. El sofá del salón incomodísimo con zonas hundidas por rotura de muelles. Cambiamos las sábanas porque no estaban limpias del todo. En fin del apartamento salimos bastante decepcionados, eso sí la urbanización Panorámica es espectacular para los que les gusten los paseos largos o montar en bici; la instalaciones de la urbanización también estupendas en todo, pistas de pádel, de tenis, pin pon, piscinas, zonas comunes. En conclusión, creo para futuros alquileres no todo consiste en obtener una renta, lo que se alquila tiene que estar en buenas condiciones y en este caso, deja mucho que desear. Después de regresar curiosamente nos dimos cuenta de que otro usuario se había quejado de las mismas cosas. A partir de ahora prestaré especial atención a los comentarios.
