House, with air conditioned and well insulated, as new, in a Provencal farmhouse, very bright, with separate entrance. A very functional main room with sitting room and kitchen, a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed 140*190 and a bench and dressing room, a bathroom with large shower tray 140cm * 80cm and a sink, and a toilet. Everything is arranged with taste. Only one rental in the farmhouse.
Come relax in the countryside. From the garden from the house or from the yard, you will enjoy the stunning views of the vineyards and in the evening you will be in awe watching magnificent sunsets.
Enjoy sitting outside in the garden furniture and enjoy the sun, enjoy a barbecue and you will take your meals in the courtyard of 65m2.
Provencal mas is charming, the garden is sunny, it is planted with olive trees and fenced with automatic gate and parking spaces.
It is away from busy and noisy roads. It is located on the outskirts of a charming Provencal village where life is good.

Great little apartment
Very nice apartment, with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and nice walk-in shower. The apartment is an upstairs unit in the owners house, but has its own separate entrance. Good views over the surrounding countryside.

Nous avons passé le nouvel an chez Lucia et Serge qui sont absolument adorables. Un grand merci pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité mais aussi leur discrétion .. Leur appartement est calme, lumineux , fonctionnel avec une très jolie décoration, une vue magnifique et un coucher de soleil à ne surtout pas louper ! Les alentours sont magiques ; les vignes et les oliviers nous accueillent et nous accompagnent dans toutes nos ballades. A refaire sans aucune hésitation .

We love our region, which is very rich, with its landscapes , its people, its quality of life in the countryside, where life is good .
We are nature lovers , we practice many sports like running, hiking Walking, mountain biking , road biking , Via Ferrata, Ski canyoning, extorts money . For 8 years , Serge was the founding president of a multi-activity club oriented rides.
We love fine dining, parties with friends , dancing outputs ( Rock, Salsa and Argentine Tango ) .

Why they chose this property

A native of Provence and Vaucluse , we are proud of our region, we have always been in love with this town , so we designed and created this farmhouse in 2014. It was produced by craftsmen as a carpenter , tailor stone mason with the spirit of yesteryear using quality materials with modern comforts. We wanted a great Awning , to enjoy the outdoors in any season.
We realized this apartment for our children who use very little.
We like to share moments of conviviality , and we therefore wanted to pass this apartment to rent .

What makes this property unique

The sun, the view of the vineyard , tranquility, quality of life .
Providing a common courtyard of 60m2 south-west , the house is sheltered from the wind, to enjoy the outdoors in any season, you can eat there in the shade in August by heat wave or the sun in December .
The apartment is very well insulated close to BBC standards , with air conditioning .
Appetizer came well offered by the owners .
