Beautiful Venetian style villa, full of charm (classified furnished three-star tourist house), with swimming pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, located in the heart of Villefranche sur Mer, unobstructed urban view with glimpse of the sea, 5 min to feet from shops and 10 minutes from the beaches.

A beautiful living / dining room opens onto a large terrace bordering the secure swimming pool.
A fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden furniture and American barbecue.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds, bathroom with walk-in shower. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony fitted with an electric blind overlooking the swimming pool.

Linens and towels provided, air conditioning, wifi, parking space.

The famous Villefranche bay is 10 minutes from Nice and 15 minutes from Monaco.
By train you can visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton and the Ventimiglia market (Italy)

Great villa

Villa was excellent. Spacious and well equipped. Good location. Only got one day to use pool as told at very short notice it would be out of action for most of our stay. Communication with Ken good otherwise. Julie who checked us in very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place

My wife, daughter and I stayed for 3 weeks in the spring and the place was perfect. In fact, the pictures do not do the place justice. We have stayed three other years in an apartment complex with a fantastic view but it was utterly charmless. We are glad to have traded the great view for such a nice place as this! There is a small view of the bay from upstairs bedrooms but nothing expansive and of course, this is why the rental is reasonably priced. The house is very nicely furnished with everything in good order. The location was just a short walk above the main street in Villefranche and so walking down to the many restaurants, to the bus, or to the train is very easy. Villefranche is a great town to visit and use as a place to explore Provence and the Cote d'azur. The house is in a neighborhood of tightly packed houses and apartments on a main one way street leading up to the middle Corniche so there is quite a bit of traffic in the morning and afternoon. Location makes it easy to travel to Nice or to the rest of the Cote d'azur. There were a few glitches in the first days but the contact staff and Patrick the maintenance/pool man was fantastic. The owner was especially responsive and easily contacted. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer and dryer that worked well (empty the dryer water reservoir regularly or it won't work!); kitchen is nothing fancy but very easy to work in and it has a convenient door to the patio Weber gas barbecue. The three bedrooms upstairs were very nice, each with large windows with shutters that shared a large modern bathroom. Half bath on the ground floor was just off the kitchen and was fine. Ground floor living room opens to a pleasant dining room and also to the patio which has a nice small heated pool. All the furnishings were clean and comfortable. We had a guest stay with us for a week and the house easily accommodated another person. We never used the full bathroom in the basement which must have been set up as a place for an au pair. This place is comfortable, clean and quite pleasant but is not fancy. We plan to return and highly recommend it for small families or couples.

Easter break

Lovely villa, ideal spot for exploring the area. Julie is on hand to ask any questions whilst there and was very helpful and friendly. Would visit again.
