About this property

Completely renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a villa located on the beach awaits you from June 15, 2019 until September 15, 2019 Two outdoor parking spaces will be available. The apartment is large, around 118m2. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a 160 bed and one bedroom has 2 beds of 90/190 and a sofa bed in the living room. Large living room with large screen, living room with fully glazed veranda overlooking the beach directly as well as an open and fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal. You will have a washing machine, a dishwasher. Two separate toilets and two shower rooms , with Italian shower, complete this space. The apartment is air conditioned in the bedrooms. On the veranda you have an external staircase which takes you directly to the beach. Pets are not allowed. Rentals are from one Sunday to another. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m. from Sunday to Sunday

Excellent

Excellent situation, calm, apartment very well equipped. Very nice owner. If I had one request, it would be to provide incoming residents a list of all the beach equipment available thus not needed to be carried in. To be recommended !

Des vacances parfaites dans un appartement spacieux, refait à neuf et super bien équipé. Une véranda lumineuse avec vue panoramique sur la mer et de magnifiques levers de soleil. Un accès direct à une grande et belle plage de sable fin. Que du bonheur dans cette location, à recommander pour petits et grands !
