About this property

Very charming air-conditioned villa, benefiting from exceptional sunshine, completely renovated in a garden overlooking the pond.
- On the ground floor: fully fitted kitchen open to a large living room; one bedroom with two twin beds, a large bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC.
A second bedroom with sofa bed.
- On the first floor: a 120 cm bed on the mezzanine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate WC.
Oriented east-west. Very close to the sea.
6 -7 beds, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Very clear with beautiful volumes. Very nice view of the pond from each of the windows. Each evening, you can admire the sunset over the Abbey of Maguelone.

Lovely modern, well-equipped villa in ideal location

Comfortable, well-equipped villa in a lovely location overlooking the lagoon and a short walk from the beach and promenade. Very helpful and welcoming owner. All you could wish for if looking for a relaxing few days near sea and lovely countryside as well as city of Montpellier. Highly recommend.

Great villa, ideal location, very helpful owners!

This villa was perfect for me and my friends and I have recommended it to countless friends and family, it's great for any type of group with or without children! The place looked brand new, really effective aircon units in every room, electronic remote shutters on all of the windows and it was just a great place to relax. We had never been before but Palavas is a beautiful place with lots to offer for reasonable prices, and the beach was amazing. If you want to go to Montpellier (which I would reccomend) the tourist information is a 5 minutes walk from the house and the tram in Montpellier gets you directly to all the attractions . Claire and her partner were incredibly helpful and live on the other side of the road. I will definitely be going again and I could not recommend this villa enough. An amazing price for what you get!

Very nice

The house is wonderful. The owner really helpful and amiable. She had very good suggestions for getting around. We traveled with three generations and had enough room for all of us. Recommended!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig (Strand,Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht.Claire ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieterin, die sich auch um Kleinigkeiten kümmert. Wichtig zu wissen: In Palavas kann man nur noch an der Arena kostenlos parken.Für unsere 4Wochen kostete das Parkticket 100 €.
